Official Rules and Regulations
a.   Entrant must be a naturally born female.
b.   Entrant must be 9 years old and no older than 12 as of August 1 of national competition  year to be eligible for the Preteen Division. Entrant must be
     13 years old and no older  than 15 years as of August 1 of national competition year to be eligible for the Junior Division.  Entrant must be 16 years
     old and no older than 18 as of August 1 of national competition year to be eligible for the Senior Division.  Entrant must be19 years old and no older
     than 25 as of August 1 of national competition year to be eligible for the Senior Division.
c.   Entrant must be a permanent resident of the state on the date of the State Pageant.
d.   Entrant must never have been married or have had children.
e.   Entrant affirms that she is and will continue to be a person of good moral char­acter;  that she has not committed and will not commit any act
      inconsistent with the highest standards of public morals and conventions or that will reflect unfa­vorably on the pageant, its representatives, sponsors
      and advertisers.
f.   Entrant will conduct herself in a courteous, professional manner at all times during the State and National Pageant and while representing ANTSO.
     Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. g.Entrant will not slander or libel other contestants, judges, ANTSO staff or anyone else involved with  
     ANTSO. Defamatory verbal and/or written remarks against the National Pageant and ANTSO will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of
     any and all prizes and awards won, and legal charges.
h.  Entrants may compete in State Pageant more than once. Entrant may not com­pete in the same division at the National Pageant more than once.
i.   Former winners of the titles of Miss Preteen National Teenager, Miss Junior National Teenager and Miss National Teenager are NOT eligible to  
     compete in the same division but may re-enter once their status changes such that they become eligible for a different division.
j.   Entrant agrees to abide by eligibility requirements.
k.  Entrant agrees to produce an original copy of her birth certificate to verify age and gender upon request.
I.   Entrant agrees to sign a "Code of Conduct" for the National Pageant.
m. Employees of ANTSO, the state directors and members of their immediate fam­ilies are not eligible to participate.
n.  ANTSO can change the date and/or location of the National Pageant as deemed necessary.
o.  Tuition scholarships are awarded by named institutions which provide the terms and provisions for their use by recipients. ANTSO and its state,
     and national directors have no control over such scholarships and their terms.
p.  ANTSO reserves the right to refuse entry into the National Pageant.
